Analysis/ Proposal Development
With a deep understanding of your goals, we start by analyzing the core data of your small business including financial statements and key operational metrics. The Impact team has an expert group of Strategic Advisors that will help assess your business.
Proposal Presentation/ Discussion
After a thorough analysis of your business and internal proposal development, we present our findings to you, including actionable recommendations. This is collaborative and in partnership with you and your team.
Implementation
Now that we have agreed upon next steps, we get to work. The Impact team will work hand in hand with your team to implement and install our actionable steps.
Follow-Up
Implementation may complete the hands on work of the project, but the Impact team is invested in the longterm success of your business. We will have scheduled 'check-ins' to ensure your business is thriving.
