Impact's Business Health Assessment is a free offering that allows small business owners to have a second set of eyes assess their core business. This assessment will take the form of a 1-hour in-person meeting and be informed by sharing key metrics and financials of your company. Our team will take time to assess the core aspects of your operations, analyzing your top-line growth, expense management, and the procedures that govern your business. Our Client Engagements are expected to result from our Business Health Assessment, with a focus on a set of specific goals. Determination of these goals will be a central aspect of the early stages of the client engagements. While each Client Engagement will look different, they will share common elements; transparent, two-way communication,  measurable goals, and a collaborative, team-oriented environment driving towards common goals.
